1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how BIMRA — Baba International Manpower Recruitment Agency Pvt. Ltd. (registered legal entity name and registration number — confirm with counsel), headquartered in 1st Floor, Near Loyola Catholic Mission School Chhotpur, Meerganj Rd, Sarsar, Siwan, Bihar 841436, collects, uses and protects personal information through this website. BIMRA sources, screens and places candidates from India into roles in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, and has done so since 2011.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what's needed for the specific thing you're using the site for. In full, that's:

• Contact form (on the Contact page) — full name, email address, and optionally your phone number, city, and whatever message you send.
• Job applications (submitted from an individual job posting) — full name, email address, and optionally your phone number, a résumé/CV file, and any additional notes you choose to add.
• Job alerts (the "Get new jobs by email" form on the Careers page) — your email address, the industry and country you chose, and the language you were viewing. Nothing is sent until you confirm your address from the email we send you; an alert nobody confirms is deleted after 7 days, and every alert email has a one-click link that stops it and deletes your address from the alert.
• Job posting comments — your name and comment text, and optionally an email address (never shown publicly).
• Automatically, from any visit — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), the same information virtually every website collects for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for payment details, bank information, or government ID numbers through this website.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To evaluate job applications against open roles, and to share relevant applications with the employer(s) whose role you applied for.
• For successful placements, to coordinate the steps that follow — visa and immigration processing, document attestation, medical fitness scheduling, and travel/deployment logistics — with the relevant government authorities, medical centres, and travel partners involved in that specific placement.
• To reply to public comments on job postings, including replies from our recruitment team.
• To email you the new jobs that match a job alert you asked for and confirmed - and for nothing else.
• To maintain the security and normal operation of this website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

4. How your résumé/CV is stored

If you upload a résumé/CV with a job application, it is stored on a private, access-controlled file store — it is never given a public web address and cannot be found by search engines or guessed at by URL. Only BIMRA staff with the specific admin permission to view candidates can access or download it, and only after logging into the admin panel.

5. International transfer

Because BIMRA places candidates from India into roles across the Gulf, information collected here may be transferred to and processed in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or India, depending on where you are and what the information is needed for (e.g. sharing an application with an employer based in the destination country).

6. Cookies

This site uses one essential cookie (bimra_session) to keep you logged in to the admin panel and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for tracking or advertising. Where the site uses Google Analytics to count visits, it loads only after you press "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner; you can change that choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. The site runs no Facebook Pixel or advertising script. The full list is on the Cookie Policy page.

7. How long we keep information

Retention periods — confirm with counsel; a common starting point is job application/candidate records kept for the duration of the recruitment process plus a defined period afterward (e.g. 1–2 years) for reference on future openings, and contact form/comment records kept only as long as needed to respond, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual reason we may need to keep it (for example, an active job application still in progress).
• Withdraw consent for anything we process on the basis of your consent, at any time.
• Object to how we're using your information, or ask us to restrict it.

If you applied for a job, you can download a copy of your data, or ask for it to be deleted, yourself from the Your data page. For anything else, or to exercise any of these rights, email mdasams@bimraonline.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If applicable, add: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children. Job applications require candidates to be of legal working age under the laws of the destination country.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp and social media platforms for sharing and contact purposes. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we'd encourage you to read — we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
