By using this website — browsing job postings, submitting an application, leaving a comment, or contacting us — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

(registered legal entity name and registration number — confirm with counsel), headquartered in 1st Floor, Near Loyola Catholic Mission School Chhotpur, Meerganj Rd, Sarsar, Siwan, Bihar 841436. BIMRA is a manpower recruitment agency that sources, screens and places candidates from India into roles across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. If BIMRA holds a Recruiting Agent (RA) licence under India's Emigration Act, state the licence number here — this is standard, expected disclosure for an overseas recruitment agency operating from India.

3. Who can use this site

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this site, and old enough to work under the laws of the country you're applying to work in. If you're an employer using this site to reach candidates, you're confirming you have the authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.

4. Applying for a role

• Any information and documents you submit — including your résumé/CV — must be accurate and your own. Submitting false qualifications, experience, or identity documents is grounds for immediate rejection at any stage, including after deployment.
• BIMRA does not charge candidates any fee to apply for a role, be shortlisted, or be placed. Recruitment costs for a placement are borne by the employer, in line with standard, lawful overseas-recruitment practice. If anyone claiming to represent BIMRA asks you for payment at any stage, please report it to us at mdasams@bimraonline.com immediately.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a shortlist, or a placement. BIMRA screens candidates against what a specific employer has asked for, and the employer makes the final hiring decision.
• BIMRA facilitates the recruitment, documentation, and deployment process, but the employment relationship — and the rights and obligations that come with it — is between you and the employer, governed by the employment contract you sign with them.

5. Employers using this site

If you're an employer engaging BIMRA to source candidates, the specific commercial terms of that engagement — fees, timelines, guarantees — are set out in a separate agreement between BIMRA and your organisation, not by this website. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide recruitment services on any particular terms; it's a description of what BIMRA does.

6. Comments on job postings

Comments are public once posted and may be visible to anyone viewing that job posting. Don't post anything abusive, defamatory, spam, or unrelated to the role. We may hide or remove any comment, and reply as "BIMRA Team" where a response is useful to other candidates. Comments can be disabled entirely on any posting at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site, including the admin panel;
• Scrape, copy, or republish job postings or other content at scale without permission;
• Upload any file containing malicious code;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation;
• Use the contact form, comments, or application forms to send unsolicited advertising.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The BIMRA name, logo, and the content of this site (except content you submit yourself, like a comment or application) belong to BIMRA and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. No warranty

This site and the information on it — including job postings — are provided "as is." We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that any specific role will still be open, that the site will be free of errors or interruption, or that applying will result in a placement.

10. Limitation of liability

Standard limitation-of-liability language — confirm the exact wording and any liability cap with counsel, since this varies by jurisdiction and by what BIMRA's actual engagement agreements with employers already say. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIMRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
